The venue is called Hotel Villa Ottone, Isola d'Elba. It is located right across the Gulf of Portoferraio, which means great views are guaranteed!

How do you reach the venue?
There are a few options to get to the island and to the hotel; here is what you need to know.
Firstly, you need to get to the harbour of Piombino; from there, you can take any of the available ferries to Portoferraio. Note that there are ferries going to other ports as well, so make sure you pick the right one, or you'll find yourself on the other side of the island!
Reaching by plane
There are two airports you can consider:

Either of these have international flights from most European capitals.
If you fly from Singapore, you have lots of options through Frankfurt (FRA), Paris (CDG), Munich (MUC), Zurich (ZRH), Amsterdam (AMS), Dubai (DXB), and Rome (FCO).
There is also the option to fly directly to Elba (EBA), but it is a rather small airport, hence not advised.
Reaching by Train
If you are traveling from around Italy without a car, or you want to reach the Piombino harbor from one of the airports, the train destination you need is that of Piombino Marittima. This is right before the Piombino harbor, from where you'll take the ferry or fast boat.

Each have several ferries going back and forth.
Ensure you book a passage to Portoferraio, as they can take you to other parts of the island!

Renting a Car
Renting a car in Elba is possible (you can google and find a few agencies); but if you plan to arrive to Florence or Pisa, we recommend renting at any of those airports and drive over to the harbor.
Alternatively, you can look to rent a scooter on the island, and hotels are usually able to accommodate the request.

This is the hotel where we will host the celebration. It is rather large and has several room type and sizes, based on your needs.

Hotel Villa Gaia
Villa Gaia is a charming B&B right across the road from the venue; super convenient and pleasant.
Owners are the same, so you have the possibility to stay here, and still book services at the Villa Ottone.
When enquiring, mention that you are attending our wedding celebration to get a discount on the available rates.
Note that the have only ten rooms, so book fast!
Rosselba Le Palme
This is one of the biggest camping on the island, with options to rent apartments, chalets, and mobile homes.
The property also hosts a botanical garden, a restaurant, and a large pool area great for kids.
If you intend to stay here, please call or write to the property and mention to the director (Alessio Patricelli,) that you are guests of Giorgio and Elena for preferential pricing.
